Matt has over ten years’ experience of developing clinical teams across NHS services. He led specialist psychological services designed to optimise team functioning in intensive care through the pandemic across the South East. He has co-authored book chapters, national reports and guidelines advising on mechanisms to protect and optimise staff teams’ health, performance and experience at work.
